Breast Aesthetics.

Breast aesthetics is the general name for surgical procedures that reshape, resize, or reposition the female breast. Because each woman's anatomy and expectations differ, the type and technique of the operation is determined individually.

The goal is for the breast not to look like someone else's, but like the finest version of the patient's own body.

The evaluation considers breast tissue volume, skin elasticity, nipple position, chest wall structure, and the desired outcome. In some cases two techniques (such as lift + augmentation) can be combined in the same operation.

The most suitable technique for the patient is selected among the main approaches below:

Breast aesthetics delivers safe and satisfying results in suitable patient profiles. General evaluation criteria for candidacy:

• Adults 18+ in good health suitable for surgery
• Those whose breast development is complete
• Not currently pregnant or breastfeeding
• Non-smokers or able to quit before surgery
• Realistic expectations and ability to allow time for recovery

Note: Breast aesthetics may be postponed based on pregnancy and breastfeeding plans. These are discussed together during the pre-operative consultation.

First week

Mild swelling and tightness are normal. Pain is well controlled. A special support bra is worn daily.

Weeks 2 – 4

Swelling and bruising subside substantially. Return to work and social activities is possible. Heavy exercise and lifting are still restricted.

Months 3 – 6

Breast tissue settles. Final shape and position become clear. Scars fade and take on their natural tone.

1 year

Full settling and maximal scar fading. Check-ups take place on day 15, months 1, 3, and 6.
